My 11+ years in sales and human resources at a global Fortune 500 company provides me an honest view what real business challenges are like. I believe that who we are outside of work bleeds through when we are at work, and vice versa, so my style of coaching makes space for all parts of my clients.

Do you find yourself working through letting something go from the past? Are you beginning to feel stuck, knowing that it is time for something to change, but just not quite sure what it is? Do you feel like you have been going in one direction for so long that you have lost grip of why you were going that way in the first place? 


I specialize in working with clients in the midst of transition, partnering with them to gain clarity on where they are going, and confidence to make the moves to get there. This type of coaching engagement, we first dig into what makes you, you. What are your values, what does it look like when you are at your best. From this foundation, we create space to get clear about what you really want, and then you begin to experiment and build the muscles to support you in moving into being the best version of you. 



Stepping into Your Leadership Vision

 

6 sessions, 3 months. Bi-weekly sessions

 

What are you known for as a leader? What are the leadership values that you live by? How are you maximizing your key leadership strengths, and developing your areas of leadership weakness? 

 

The purpose of this type of coaching engagement is for you, as a leader, to get clear about what type of leader that you want to be, to create a clear development plan to move them toward that goal, and most importantly, support you as you experiment and learn along that development path. This engagement may use enneagram, Myers-Briggs or other tools to support your self awareness, and will actively engage in appreciative inquiry in envisioning a desired future. Sound exciting? Discovering Your Roots 


1 session, 2-3 hours. 


What makes you, you. What are you values? What are your personal truths? What does it look like when you are fully living into those values and truths? What does this enable you to step into, and what does this prepare you to let go of? 


This one time, deep dive session fosters a space for you to get clear on your own personal strengths, values and goals. This session is often a stand alone session that can help clarify your self awareness and self assurance, or can be used as a starting point for other types of coaching.

1 session, 30 minutes

The first coaching session is always free. In a first coaching session, we will explore what you are looking for in a coaching relationship, discuss what coaching with me looks like, and decide if we are the right fit for a coaching engagement.
