Our Solutions
Everything here is built on research and years spent inside real leadership teams, not just theory.
But the starting point is always the same: where your team is right now and where you want to be.

Transform-Ready Team
This is our core offer for leadership teams navigating high-stakes organizational change. AI adoption is often the clearest trigger right now, but the same pattern shows up during mergers, reorganizations, rapid growth, or competitive pressure. In every case, the technology or strategy isn't the real constraint. The leadership team's ability to decide and move together is.
What's typically included:
-
Interviews with the people closest to the problem, not just the people who hired us
-
A clear diagnosis of where decisions are getting stuck, where trust is thin, and where accountability is unclear
-
Facilitated leadership-team conversations to surface what's usually staying unsaid
-
A practical change plan and team working agreements, built with the team, not handed to them
-
Ongoing check-ins to keep the work on track as real conditions shift
This is a six month minimum partnership. Real decision habits don't reset in a workshop, and we stay through execution, not just the plan.
See it in practice: Read how two teams facing very different disruptions ended up with very different outcomes, and why the difference came down to decision speed, not effort.

Leadership Scope Transition
This service is built for a specific, common moment: a leader has stepped into a bigger seat, a new team, or a wider mandate, and the old way of leading isn't going to carry them through it.
What's typically included:
-
New leader assimilation. A structured process that gets a new leader and their team aligned fast, instead of letting mistrust and guesswork settle in during the first few months. It runs in four phases over one to two weeks: private team interviews to surface real concerns, a coaching session to help the leader prepare for what they'll hear, a facilitated conversation where the leader addresses it directly with the team, and a session where the team agrees on how they'll actually make decisions and handle disagreement going forward.
-
Six months of one-on-one coaching for the new leader, to build the judgment and habits the expanded role requires.
-
A leadership kickoff session with the new team, to set the tone and expectations early.
The goal is simple: build what would normally take six months of slow trust-building into the first two weeks.

Custom Coaching & Advising
Not every situation fits neatly into a transformation partnership or a leadership transition. If that's you, we still want to talk.
We also specialize in organization and team work such as:
-
Custom organizational development diagnosis
-
Team offsite design and facilitation
-
People advisory services
-
One-on-one coaching for senior leaders
Because this work varies so much by situation, the best next step is a conversation.
